After the renovations project finished, Chinatown Cultural Plaza #204 Arts Exhibition Hall reopened on June 2016, and it's free to everyone to visit.
The lobby looks wider and brighter and it can accommodate more large school groups and visitors. We will plan more exhibitions or events in the future. We also prepared some classic Taiwanese movies for our visitors, and people can use our new large size smart TV or computers to watch them in our multimedia room.
Our library has a large collection of Chinese books, and we will purchase the new books and magazines continuously for people to enjoy the new cultural information. We also prepare the daily Chinese newspaper? news and free Wifi, so our visitors can update the newest information anytime.
In addition, we set up the child education area for the kids and teenagers. We have the Chinese books and the teaching materials for the different levels, and we also have the CD or DVD for child to learn Chinese. We hope kids can enjoy the times in our library, so we prepare the children size tables and chairs for them.
There are many different types of the Taiwanese traditional exhibits in our exhibition hall, such as the Taiwan glove puppets?Taiwanese aborigines' traditional clothing and other arts handicrafts. We hope our visitors can understand more different Taiwanese traditional culture.
