Project Description:
- Patrol the businesses and loading zones in Buildings A, B, C, and D of the Cultural Plaza and the indoor and outdoor parking lots to deter illegal activities and vagrants.
- Maintain the safety of plaza businesses and customers, and develop a security plan tailored to the plaza.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct security patrols of the plaza and stores to prevent theft, vandalism, fires, and other accidents, and to ensure the safety of life and property of customers.
- Operate, monitor, configure, and handle air conditioning, access control, elevators, plumbing, lighting, broadcasting, and security alarm systems.
- Patrol the building and surrounding areas, be alert for suspicious clues, and ensure the security of doors and windows.
- Assist in managing after-hours access control and parking lot operations.
- Perform neighborliness duties and assist in the smooth operation of company-related tasks.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing personnel from surveillance video to ensure building security.
- Monitor indoor and outdoor activities in the mall.
- Report, contact, and handle security incidents.
- Respond to and handle emergency accidents.
- Prevent, monitor, and handle natural disasters.
- Respond to alarms and investigate the cause of alarms.
- Protect the safety of people or property under protection.
- Warn potential intruders or trespassers.
