We are looking for someone to lead our maintain team and keep the physical structure of our shopping center (including buildings, rental spaces, common and garden areas) in good condition, as well as to assist the Management with daily overall operation.
Candidates must have at least three years experience in commercial property maintenance.
Candidates must also have good knowledge of carpentry, masonry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, landscaping, and HVAC, as well as safety requirements set by OSHA.
This is a 24/7 on call full time position. Candidates should posses a valid driver license and a reliable automobile. If you are organized, self-motivated and resourceful in problem solving who also has good communication skill in both speaking and writing and can be multi-tasked.
