Longevity International Enterprises Corp. (LIEC) hereby solicits interested and qualified
Plumbing/Contractor to submit proposals for Open Market Parking Area Pipes Replacement
Project at Chinatown Cultural Plaza.

PROJECT GOAL
To replace the broken pipes (under ground)
GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
To furnish and install the labor, material, tools and supervision to perform the following
work:
- Stage area with protective material such as plywood, plastic etc.
- Saw cut a section of asphalt 3ftW x 15ftL , haul away and dispose of all asphalt
- Excavate 6-7ft of dirt to expose bad section of pipe
- Remove section of broken pipe and replace with plastic abs pipe and fittings
- Test to be sure no leaks occur on pipe that’s been replaced
- Back fill hole and patch asphalt
- Contractor shall be registered and licensed in State of Hawaii to perform the said job.
- De-stage area and clean up entire work area
NOTE - The proposal should have two different prices: The first one is that the work will be performed during the regular working hours (8am to 5pm); The second one is that the work will be performed during after hours (after 5 pm) so parking garage is still usable during regular hours
- Workers performing the said job are properly insured.
- Price quoted should be good for at least 90 days.
- Warranty of the materials and workmanship of the equipment shall be no less than 90
days after completion.

proposals will be accepted without conducting a site visit. LIEC reserves the right to
accept or reject any submissions for any and all reasons as it deems in its best judgment.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
September 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
Proposals received after deadline may be subject to rejection. All proposals must be
sealed and submitted with name of project clearly indicated. Telegraphic bid to
